What documents do I need?+
A valid driving licence(Indian or International) and government-issued photo ID are required for self-drive rentals.
Do I need to bring my own documents, or can someone else collect the car for me?+
The person collecting the vehicle must be the same person whose documents were submitted at booking. Using someone else's documents is not allowed.
Can I pick up from the airport?+
Yes. We can arrange airport pickup and drop-off in Dimapur with advance notice.
Is fuel included in the rental price?+
No. Fuel is the Renter's responsibility. The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level it had at pickup — if it's returned with less, refuelling charges apply at current market rates.
How do I confirm a booking?+
Send an inquiry with your dates and phone number. Our team will call to confirm availability and pricing.
Can I get a chauffeur instead of self-driving?+
Yes, Ace Car Rental offers both self-drive and chauffeur service. Contact us to arrange a chauffeur-driven booking.
What if I return the car late?+
A late fine applies per hour (₹150–₹200/hr depending on the vehicle — see individual car listing). After 6 hours late, a full additional day is charged.
What happens if the car is damaged during my rental?+
You're responsible for full repair costs, any garage holding charges while the car is out of service, and any traffic fines or penalties incurred during your rental. Please inform us immediately if an accident or major issue occurs.
What areas do your rates cover?+
Our rate card covers Dimapur and Niuland/Kohima/Peren directly. Rentals to other districts are charged per km — please contact us for a quote, or refer to our full Terms & Conditions.
