When you book or rent a vehicle with Ace Car Rental, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, a copy of your Driving Licence (Indian or International), and a copy of your Aadhaar Card or other valid government ID.

We may also collect a 360° video recording of the vehicle at handover, which may incidentally capture you or your belongings.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to verify your eligibility to rent, process and confirm your booking, and contact you regarding your rental, pickup, or return.

Your information may also be used to pursue recovery of costs in case of damage, traffic violations, or unpaid dues, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

How We Store Your Information

Identity documents and vehicle-condition videos are retained only as long as necessary to resolve any disputes related to your specific rental.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except where required by law, such as requests from traffic authorities or courts under Nagaland jurisdiction.

Your Rights

You may ask us what personal data we hold about you in relation to your booking.

You may also request deletion of your documents once your rental period has concluded and no dispute is pending.
